This is by bar the worst and the most unprofessional vendor we have dealt with. False promises of due dates, they acted like they can handle big orders with a lot of variants in a small span of time to make sure my company makes the payment. Once the payment was done we had to face all typed of issues. We finally got only half of the order after the whole event was over. And when asked for refund they gave very less amount. I was dealing with someone by the name of Moses who pretends to be the manager/owner but isn’t. He said things like “I’m not your slave”, “I don’t have time for you, we have other customers” (after committing to our order and timeline) and “don’t believe every word I say”. We did get half of the order after the event was over, but this company seems partially fraudulent to me.

I ordered a welcome kit from ARC Print, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. First, the product was delivered after the expected delivery time, and there was no communication at all regarding the delay. I tried contacting the staff multiple times via WhatsApp and email, but there was no response. After waiting for three days, I escalated the issue by emailing the higher authority, only after which the product was delivered the next day. However, when I received the welcome kit, the quality was very poor. Some items were faulty and damaged: The pen was not working The ID holder was damaged Due to these issues—delayed delivery, lack of communication, and poor product quality—I posted a review about my order. After that, one of their staff members contacted me via WhatsApp and requested me to delete the review, promising that they would refund the full amount once the review was removed. Based on this assurance, I deleted the review. Unfortunately, after deleting it, they stopped responding completely. They are not even reading my messages now, and no refund has been processed. Overall, this experience shows unprofessional behavior, poor customer service, and lack of integrity. I would strongly suggest others not to prefer this company.
