Introduction
In early 2024, a lead from Digital Marketing introduced ARC Document Solutions to Agratas Energy India Pvt. Ltd., a company initially seeking website development support. As ARC does not specialize in website creation, we were not able to offer a solution for this requirement.
Rather than losing the connection, we proactively shared our company profile and scheduled a face-to-face meeting to showcase our expertise in visual branding, signage, and print communication solutions.

Approximately four months later, the client approached us again – this time for their corporate signage needs. Thanks to the rapport and credibility built during our initial interactions, we were selected as the vendor.
