Marketing Executive/customer Service Representative

Roles and Responsibilities:(In-House Marketing)

  • Minimum experience 1yr & above in any marketing / customer service profile
  • Lead Generation through cold-calling, Market approach & product positioning, reference and contacts gathering, emailing, customer DB & Profile creation etc
  • Exploring new business opportunities and prospective customers by market research
  • Meeting/Appointment scheduling for Sales team with the existing and prospective customers
  • Making MIS reports, Sales forecast and drafting customer emails
  • Generating and executing Marketing campaigns across social media platforms like Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIN, Blogs and many more (Optional)
  • Implementing and conducting promotional activities
  • Effective team player

Skills Required:

  • Work experience minimum 1 year in Telecalling/Customer Servicing/Customer care/BPO/Telecalling/Marketing role
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, convincing, email writing skills
  • Ability to work on MS Excel, Word, Power point and outlook
  • Minimum Graduation in any stream
