  • Answer incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of calls and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department.
  • Maintains security by following procedures monitoring logbook.
  • Greet customers warmly and direct them to the correct destination.
  • To maintain confidentiality and show discretion.
  • Upkeep of reception area, tidy and presentable with all necessary material.
  • Maintain stationery stock.
  • Arranging the dispatch of couriers and take a follow up of the shipment (local / domestic).
  • To represent the organization in an ethical and professional manner.
  • Control inventory relevant to reception.
  • General administration of front office area/Managing Front Office Operations.
  • Perform routine office tasks as necessary/Any other duties as assigned.
